- Do you have a catalog? Yes, we do have a catalog available. Please email info@givecourage.net or call 410.878.6286 for more info. If you have a retail store, please be sure to include the name of your store and tax id #.
- Why are there suggested minimum order amounts? Having minimum order amounts allows us to drastically lower our prices so that you can get the best price.
- When I checkout, why do I have a low order fee? We prefer orders of at least $100. Having a minimum order amount allows us to drastically lower our prices. So if you do not meet this order criteria we must charge a low order fee.
- Do you offer custom stones with my own word, phrase and artwork? We sure do! We can print or engrave words, phrases or artwork on our Colored Glass Stones, Marble Energy stones or River Rocks. There is no setup or artwork charges. Please email us at info@givecourage.net or call 410.878.6286 for more info.
- Do you offer wholesale pricing? Yes, this entire website reflects our bulk/wholesale pricing. Some of our items also have even deeper discounts for large quantity purchases. You can see these prices below the description of the item if deeper discounts are available.
- I do not want to pay the low order fee. Where can I buy just one of your items? Our entire line of word stones, pocket tokens and gift bags can be found on our sister site www.courageinstone.com with no minimums or order requirements.
- I would like to buy a lot of one particular item. Are there quantity discount prices? All of our items are discounted to reflect bulk pricing and many of our items have additional quantity discounts found below the description of the item. If you do not see a quantity discount, but want to buy a large amount of one particular item, please email us at info@givecourage.net or call 410.878.6286 and we will do our best to work with your budget.
- I need my items tomorrow. Is this possible? Well, it depends on what you're buying and how many you need! Generally we can accommodate expedited orders. It's always good to email first to make sure we can get them to you. You can find the shipping rates on our Shipping & Returns Information page.
- I have a particular event in mind and I'm not sure which item would work best. Can you help? Absolutely! Just email us at info@givecourage.net and let us know what your ideas are and we can recommend which product will work best based on your budget.
- What do people use word stones, pocket tokens and pocket charms for? Anything you can think of! Word stones and pocket tokens are great for weddings, funerals, fundraisers, birthdays, Christmas, New Year's Eve, campers gifts, student gifts, teacher gifts, motivational tools, church organizations, corporate events, sales meetings, etc.
