ABOUT SHIPPING
Generally in-stock items are shipped 1 - 2 days after receipt of order. If you have a need-by date, please write that date in the comments box at checkout so that we can be sure to meet your needs. Or, you can email info@givecourage.net or call 410.878.6286 if you have any concerns.
Most orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail, which takes approx. 2 - 3 days in transit from date of pickup. Expedited orders are shipped either USPS Priority Mail or Fed Ex depending on location and need-by date.
Custom stone orders take approx. 2 - 3 weeks for delivery. If you have an event that is less than 2 - 3 weeks away, please email us at info@givecourage.net or call 410.878.6286 and we will do everything we can to accommodate your target date.

EXPEDITED RATES - 2 DAY:

- $50 - $99.99 = $32.95
- $100 - $299 = $29.50

EXPEDITED RATES - OVERNIGHT:

ABOUT RETURNS and DAMAGE
Did something arrive damaged? Please keep all packing materials and the original box and notify us IMMEDIATELY. We will send replacement merchandise and have our shipper pick up the damaged items. Please note, damages MUST be reported within 7 days of delivery. No refunds or credit will be issued for damages reported after 7 days.
Returns are no problem. Simply return the merchandise you do not want within 14 days of receipt and we'll refund your merchandise amount. Please use the shipper of your choice. Returns received after 14 days and up to 30 days will incur a 30% restocking fee. Returns received after 30 days will not be refunded. Shipping fees are not refunded.
CUSTOM and SPECIAL ORDER merchandise are not refundable. Custom orders are all sales final.
